Summer is wonderful in Portland. When we live here the weather is terrible, but when summer comes it is so wonderful that you forget all the other months. We are experiencing two of the best months of the year, July and August. August has the lowest average rainfall and locals make every effort to enjoy the sun and spend time outdoors.
