Dog Friendly Resorts Vermont – Looking for a dog friendly hotel in New England? I hate leaving my dog Roscoa at home when I travel. After all, holidays are more fun when you can bring your best friend. But finding a dog-friendly hotel in New England takes a lot of research. What is the dog hotel policy? Is there an additional charge for the campaign? Are there any weight or gender restrictions? And you should be afraid that you will have to sacrifice your comfort to travel with your dog. Is dirt road motels and campgrounds the only option to “stun”? Are there places that allow not only dogs, but also dog sitters and owners?
I’m here to save you a lot of time and effort when planning your next vacation with your dog. Roscoe has compiled a comprehensive list of our favorite dog-friendly hotels in New England. So next time you’re out on the road, you don’t have to leave your best friend behind! Check out some of the most dog-friendly places in New England.

This resort has everything you need for a perfect vacation without leaving the 700 hectares of land. Choose from a wide range of fun activities for the whole family, from land to lake. The pool and guest house are pet-free areas, but dogs have their own swimming area, Fanny Beach. We were even able to rent a boat to go out on the lake with Roscoe! You can also dine at one of the five on-site restaurants. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room, but they will be able to dine with you in Red Mill’s cozy seating area. Dog walking and dog sitting services are also available if you want to have fun without Fido.

Stay at Stowe’s stylish boutique hotel managed by Field Guide Lark Hotels. Like most properties, the pet policy allows dogs under 70 pounds for an additional fee of $50 per dog per day. We stayed in one of three dog-friendly cottage suites with a beautiful setting and exterior entrance. You can register for these clothes online, just be sure to add a note with your dog’s size, size and name. Dogs are not allowed in the guest house. Out of respect for other guests, dogs are only allowed on a leash on the hotel’s outdoor patios and common areas.
This hotel stands out as a stylish hotel. Comfortably decorated with wooden shutters and vintage leather upholstery, the GAME LOBBY invites you to die for a book or board. You can dine in the lobby cafe-bar or enjoy drinks and food in the new vintage ski-themed bar Après Tantum. You have to book in advance for the hot tub, which is a bit of a hassle. However, having it with you is a guaranteed advantage. But you can’t beat the ground. We can reach the town on foot and the mountain shuttle stops right in front of the hotel. The perfect base for you and your Vermont adventure.

We stayed in the Peacham Deluxe room which was homey yet comfortable. Roscoe especially loved falling asleep in front of the crackling wood fireplace. In the morning we were greeted in the main guest house building with hot cakes and coffee from the bakery. Just when we thought we couldn’t eat another bite, the host brought out stacks of those raw pancakes with farm fresh blueberries. we could not resist.
Boasting four hundred acres of land nestled in the pristine Northern Kingdom mountain range, this historic farm is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. It’s worth waking up early to see the sunrise pouring out pastel pinks and purples. He looked at the mountains and the morning fog in the valley.

We stayed in room 904, one of the larger rooms recommended for senior dogs. It was also quite comfortable with Roscoe and the bathroom was down the hall (although they were private at least). The quaint character of the restaurant may not appeal to everyone, but it’s in a great location within walking distance of town. The owner is very friendly and will gladly give recommendations for friendly restaurants and things to do in Burlington.

This warm and welcoming guest house is built around exposed beams and stunning mountain views. It feels like a real alpine run for discussion and comfort. The world seems to be changing in every way, but Stowehof will always be a familiar place to call home.
With simple but clean rooms, it’s also one of the more affordable hotel options in Stowe. The breakfast leaves something to be desired, so go elsewhere for your breakfast. Instead, grab a drink from the Fritz Bar and settle in with your pup.
