Check into the Hallmark Resort & Spa, the closest resort to the iconic Haystack Rock, to enjoy the full VIP treatment. Upon arrival, each puppy receives a special “dog bag” in which they toss a Frisbee, dog biscuits, a towel and a towel for sandy claws. It’s also Fido-friendly, with two pet-friendly areas located near the rooms, a sandy foot washing station, and 24-hour dog care in the lobby. For the dog person, it’s a summer oceanfront property with postcard-perfect views, easy beach access, family rooms, fresh cookies, popcorn, grilled s’mores, a pool and a fitness center.

Land’s End in Cannon Beach welcomes pet friends and provides dog blankets, as well as a special sand station in the backyard. First, check out the Instafamous four-legged guests with their special hashtag (#landsenddogs), and don’t forget to add your photos after your stay. All 15 spacious and gorgeous suites and studios have ocean views, fireplaces and kitchenettes. First floor suites have direct access to a shared terrace with ocean views, while second floor suites have Juliet balconies. If your dog is more of an urban dog, the hotel is conveniently located in the city, one block from dog shops and restaurants.

A Gem Among Gold Beach Oregon Hotels

The Wayside Inn welcomes four-legged friends to the quiet Tolowana neighborhood of Cannon Beach with a basket containing dog sheets and towels, two pet bowls and, of course, dog treats. In addition to easy access to the Tolovana Beach Inn, many of the top-floor rooms have ocean views enhanced by guns, fireplaces and boats. Other perks that make the hotel both family-friendly and family-friendly range from an indoor pool and hot tub to boat games, wagon rides, and playground equipment. At the Inn near Tolovana, you’ll find similar amenities for your four-legged friends. Expect to find a blanket, bed and cups on arrival. Spend an evening looking at the stars with your best friend. To be honest, I knew before I even got to this dog-friendly hotel on the Oregon Coast that it would be one of my favorite places to stay with dogs. How can you watch the sunset from an ocean view balcony? Promontory Coastal Lodge & Spa is located in Pacific City, on a beautiful stretch of coastline adjacent to Kiwanda Promontory State Natural Area. Upon arrival, the hotel far exceeded my expectations. From a beautiful updated design, the Oregon coast feels serene, welcoming to people and dogs. My only complaint about the hotel was that we didn’t get to explore the Oregon coast as much as we had hoped because we loved the hotel so much that we didn’t want to leave!

So, without further ado, below is our full review based on our 5 key tips for dogs. This is one to add to your dog list!

I will also mention that we had dinner the first night at the Meridian restaurant, which is also dog friendly. We were impressed by the quality of the design and the delicious seafood cuisine. The second night, we were burghers on our balcony, drinking wine and watching the sunset with the dogs, and that, my friends, was magic.

If you want to stay somewhere with beach access, don’t own a property that seems to be close to the ocean. Oregon’s coast is full of cliffs and rocky beaches, so ask for beach access if you book in advance.

Northern Oregon Coast Range Vacation Rentals & Homes

Many are open in the coastal plains, but they are free quickly during the summer months.

Reservations for park status can be made up to six months in advance, and if you plan to stay between June and September, book these sites quickly. We recommend that you book Oregon State Parks in advance and reserve a campsite as soon as it closes at 6:00 p.m.

Astoria is technically on the Columbia River, not on the coast, but it’s the first coastal town you’ll find on the coast from Portland. Full of shops, art galleries, breweries and small museums.

This hotel is located on a ridge, 600 meters from the Columbia River. This means that every location has an amazing view and the opportunity to see wildlife swimming. Plus, breakfast is free and it’s pet friendly.

Somewhat modern, but close to the marina, this small hotel is located on the Columbia River. Some rooms have balconies and bathrooms.

Although it is further from the Columbia River, this hotel is within walking distance of Sunday markets and restaurants. Stay at the top for the best reviews.

Hotel Norblad is located in the historic center. As a result, the building is older and can be noisy, but the reviews are mostly positive. The baths are common.

Florence Pet-friendly Vacation Rentals

Located in the northern part of Oregon, Fort Stevens State Park is right between Astoria and Seaside. It’s a great place to live, access to the historic fort, wreck, lake, bike and kayak rentals.

The sea is a very friendly town on the coast. Explore the city center and find the aquarium, galleries, and shops. Fill your time with a walking tour, a 1.5-mile walk that follows the coast, a bonfire on the beach, or shopping in town.

Situated in the middle of the sea, on the river. The views are great and less than a ten minute walk to the beach and Opera all with excellent shopping.

If you’re a McMenamins fan, this hotel near Seaside will be of interest to you. It is on an 18 hole golf course, has a pub and bar, bike hire and a five minute walk to the nearest beach entrance.

You can’t find a better place than this. The Ebb Tide Oceanfront Inn is located on the estate, and every room has an ocean view. Internet included.

This is our favorite seaside town. , , . , , . , , . ? it is close to the sea, the accommodation here is more expensive because it is the home of the more famous Haystack. Beat the heat, enjoy the bonfires on the beach, and ride the bikes into town.

Enjoy this cozy country style cottage with ocean views, beautiful scenery and beach access right next to the hotel. Pets can also be brought here.

A castle on the beach would best be described as the Bow Cape Inn. It is located ten minutes from Cannon Beach, so you can expect an easy vacation. We love that breakfast is included and the beach is a five minute walk away.

Pet Friendly Vacation Rentals On The Oregon Coast From $85

Hallmark Resort has the perfect location. It’s close to Haystack Rock and downtown, so you can walk to the best restaurants and shops in town. Oceanfront rooms offer iconic views, are pet-friendly, and have direct beach access.

Located on the south side of Haystack Rock, the Wayside Inn is slightly more affordable than the Hallmark Resort. It is far from the shops in the center, but still has great access to the beach.

This quiet campsite is only a 15 minute walk from the beach and the city centre. The lots are not very private, but wild. If you’re lucky, you might even see a moose!

Manzanita is more rural and less touristy than Seaside and Cannon Beach, but you can find a few rentals and cabin rentals. There is easy access to the town’s beaches, with some of the longest beaches
