Dover County Council said dogs will be banned from certain beaches at certain times and owners will be required to keep their dogs on a lead when visiting some beaches.
Dogs will be removed from the road from Deal Castle to Sandown Castle from 1 May to 30 September from 9am to 6pm. Guide dogs are welcome on the docks and trails between the two points all year round.
Dogs must be kept on a lead all year round on both the trails and lawns of Dover Seafront. This extends from Union Street roundabout to Jubilee Way roundabout and also includes Marine Parade and Granville Gardens.
From 1 May to 30 September, dogs are off limits at Dover Seafront, Waterloo Crescent and Marine Parade beaches from 9am to 6pm.

The dogs were removed from the Sandwich Bay mud house and salt marsh and had to be kept on a lead on the Princes Bay Dunes Path golf course.
Dogs are not allowed on the beach from Slide south-west to Ness Point between 9am and 6pm from 1 May to 30 September.
Dogs must also be kept on a lead on sidewalks, parking lots and other service areas year-round.
Swale District Council said there are three areas on the Isle of Sheppey where dogs will not be allowed from May 1 to September 30.
