If you’re looking for a great vacation with your dog, check out the Hamptons in Long Island, New York. The beaches are amazing but there are many obstacles. And bring your credit card, the Hamptons ain’t cheap!

Located east of the Hamptons is Montauk, Long Island, New York. Montauk’s beaches are friendlier than those in the Hamptons. Montauk is the eastern end of Long Island, which is why people call it “Montauk. The End.” The historic Montauk Lighthouse sits atop Montauk Point and is the oldest lighthouse in the United States. The lighthouse is worth seeing!
