Apartments at Derwent House in Brandelhove and Withesick of Portinscale. Recently renovated to a high standard in both Brandelhove and Vithesik welcome you and your dog to stay. Brandelhove is a two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, for four. It has its own entrance from the road and parking. Located on the first floor, Withesike has two double bedrooms and a family bathroom with a good sized lounge/dining and living space.

3 Grizale Close is a modern, semi-detached bungalow situated in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of Keswick town centre. It sleeps 4 in one double and two bedrooms and has a family bathroom. Beautifully decorated and fully furnished, meticulously furnished and in excellent condition with full double glazing and gas central heating. On the high ground at the top of Keswick Terrace, a wonderful view west over the Cattle Bells to the Skidda Range of the Besanthwaite Valley. To the rear there is an enclosed garden and garden furniture provided for the summer months.

River View is a stylishly refurbished, light and airy two bedroom (one double and spacious twin) ground floor apartment with family bathroom. It is set in peaceful grounds, a short walk from the town centre, town park and Derwent Water. It has allocated parking so there is no need to take the car out. Often visited by idols and ghosts from the banks of the river, you can walk right into the falls from the gate.

Derwent Cottage is a modern two bedroom townhouse located in a quiet residential area a few minutes level walk from the shopping area and Derwentwater and beyond. The house has been renovated to a high standard with new kitchen, bathroom and appliances. It has a double bedroom and a double family bathroom. Furniture and decor are new, clean and fresh. It is a warm and comfortable base for your holiday with full gas central heating and a constant hot water supply from the combi boiler.

All our properties have free Wi-Fi and all include towels and linen. A cot and high chair can be provided if needed.
