Donna Neidorf

Growing up as an athlete, I always tried to eat healthy to fuel the energy I needed to compete. As I got older, I realized that the foods I thought were healthy actually were not.  I gained 60lbs with pregnancy and struggled to lose the weight. That’s when I started getting serious with my nutrition and lifestyle.

As the mother of a 23-year-old daughter, I’m all too aware of the demands that family puts on us. In the craziness of being a taxi driver, chef, and tutor for our kids, not to mention the hours we spend working it’s all too easy to forget about ourselves and our well-being. Trust me, there is nothing more exciting than reclaiming your health and heightening your energy level through nutrition, healthy habits, and a strong support system.

It gives me so much joy to share the wealth of knowledge I’ve obtained becoming a certified nutrition coach, as well as the tools I utilize every day to lead a healthy lifestyle to support my clients in their wellness journey.

I look forward to helping you feel good about yourself and supporting you to reach your fitness and nutrition goals.

Nutrition Certification: NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine)
