Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction
ends up becoming the best step of your life.

Workouts are designed for those beginning their fitness journey as well as those looking to challenge themselves. Resistance bands in addition to light, medium and heavy weights are highly recommended. Jenny will give you modifications based on beginner, intermediate or advanced levels. It’s okay to lose your balance or modify! Jenny’s mission is to get women to lift weights and be more physically active.
